The October/November issue of the oddly named but excellent magazine Garden & Gun contains a ten-page feature on Little Rock, which I wrote. The story includes an essay, two dozen recommended places to eat, drink, shop and see, and profiles of four prominent Little Rockians — Philander Smith College President Walter Kimbrough, Ashley’s chef Lee Richardson, the rock group The Boondogs, and screenwriter and playwright Graham Gordy. The article has not been published online.
In on-the-field news, since my last report of the streak-ending win, the Tigers have lost two more, to Conway and Cabot. Their record for 2010 now stands at 1-6.
